I thought "3rd time would be a charm".... first two kids had sucking issues and mom had milk production issues.... was hoping not to go down that road this time around; BUT....
here we are...
so i spend my days feeding (breastmilk then formula), pumping, measuring and recording...
washing bottles and pump parts
even through the night, every 3-4 hours i take my post on "my spot" at the end of the couch...
boppy, bottle of water, pump and....
sweet baby molly.
we catch a couple hours of sleep, (maybe) and repeat the whole process again.
We are now taking molly to CST (cranial sacral therapy) in hopes of correcting the sucking issue.... we'll give it a couple more weeks. as much as i would like to breast feed, i would like to return to the rest of the world and leave my "post" for more than just an hour here and there!

i so feel your pain.... i know it sucks! she'll get it though and that will make it all worth it. let me know if you want to get together soon.... i can't wait for mops to start up!
Don't give up! I just want to encourage you on breastfeeding! So important as I'm sure you know! Most other mothers would have given up by now, but you keep on going! Let me know if I can be of any help! I can also help you contact a support group! You can also hang on my couch anytime you want! Olivia can play!
